After more than 42 years of devoted service, Ron Wright retires from Gear Motions this month. We are very excited for Ron; however, he will be greatly missed on the team.

Ron Wright joined Gear Motions in 1978 in the Production department, working in ID & OD grinding. Since that time, he has held positions in various departments, including Quality, Engineering, where he held the title of Engineering Manager, and Business Development. He has held the title of Corporate Sales Engineering Manager since the late 1990’s.

Ron has brought a diverse range of skills and experience to Gear Motions. He attended Youngstown State University for Mechanical Engineering and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business, specializing in Marketing. Using this unique skill set, over the years Ron has helped countless customers develop custom gear programs and solve unique challenges.

We have tremendous appreciation for all Ron has done for the company and our customers and wish him the very best in retirement.
