At Gear Motions, customer satisfaction is very important to us. That’s why we like to regularly check in with our customers and ask them how we’re doing. When our customers provide us with feedback, we can learn about which areas we are excelling in, and do our best to keep delivering favorably in those areas. We can also learn about areas where our customers feel we could use improvement, and work to find new ways to enhance their customer experience.
As a means of collecting feedback, we generally ask our customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey about once a year. Below are some of the results from this year that we think you may be interested in.
As part of the Gear Motions Quality Policy, we are committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations. In order to measure whether or not we are achieving this commitment, we asked this question on our survey: “Have we exceeded your expectations?” For Gear Motions as a whole, 86% of respondents answered “Yes” that we have exceeded their expectations.
