The PEB Annual Awards Program was held this week at Le Moyne College to recognize the many great students, businesses, educators, and community leaders making a difference in STEM in Central New York.

Partners for Education & Business has a mission to assure the quality of education and the economic vitality of Central New York by promoting, developing and coordinating the involvement of schools, post-secondary institutions, businesses, employers, government and the community to enable our students to become productive, responsible and contributing members of our community.

Gear Motions was honored to receive the PEB Sector Strategy Award in recognition of promoting careers in advanced manufacturing, in particular for our participation in Manufacturing Careers Day 2018. Manufacturing Day is a celebration of modern manufacturing meant to inspire the next generation of manufacturers. Gear Motions served as a host company, one of over 2,000 registered Manufacturing Day events in the United States.
